This easy and yummy Oreo biscuit cake is best for all chocolate cravings, birthdays etc.

Even if you are not a great chef, you can make your loved ones feel special by making this yummy 3 ingredients chocolate cake as it is super easy to prepare.

In this time of lockdown, when families are enjoying their time at home and there is no way to get cakes from outside for birthdays and special occasions.


Big Problem? 


The answer is NO... You can still celebrate special moments with cake and by sending special wishes to your loved ones in a special way.

This Oreo biscuit cake is so easy that you can become a chef too.
Also, the ingredients being used are easily availableAnd you know what the best part is!! The taste is so good that no one will ever find out that this delicious chocolaty cake is made up of only biscuits, milk and ENO ;)



Let's get started......





Ingredients:

  • 2 packet Oreo biscuits          - 120 grams each                         
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ENO or Baking powder 


Optional:

Some Mixed dry fruits (Almonds, cashews, walnuts)




Steps:

    1. Take a small cake pot or any other pot which can fit into a pressure cooker to make Oreo biscuit cake. Grease the cake pot well with butter or put butter-paper in the pot. Once done, Keep the pot aside.

    2. Now to preheat the Pressure Cooker:  Pour 1 inch of water in Pressure Cooker. Place a ring or a plate at the bottom of pressure Cooker. Keep Pressure Cooker on low flame to preheat.

    3. Grind the oreo biscuits into fine powder in a mixer grinder.

    4. Take a big bowl to make the batter, transfer this chocolaty finely crushed  Oreo biscuits in the bowl.

    5. Add 1 cup of milk to the bowl in the crushed Oreo biscuits. Mix it well. Make sure that no lumps are formed in the preparation of  Oreo biscuits cake batter.

    6. Add a packet (1 tbsp) of ENO or baking powder to the Oreo biscuits cake batter.

    7. Mix Oreo biscuits cake batter again so that ENO/ baking powder will be mixed properly in the batter.

    8. Take a Greased cake pot and pour the Oreo biscuits cake batter in Greased Pot.

    9. To make it more special, add chopped dry fruits of your taste. Sprinkle the chopped dry fruits on the top of Oreo biscuits cake batter.

    10. Place the cake pot in Pressure Cooker on the Plate/Ring (Kept earlier in the pressure cooker to add height.)

    11. Close the lid of pressure cooker without whistle.

    12. Let the cake cook for 25 minutes on low flame.

    13. After 25 minutes switch off the gas stove. Take the cake pot out of the cooker and keep it aside to get it back to room temperature. 

    14. Let it cool for some time.

    15. Once cake comes down at room temperature, take a knife and Push the vertical knife down between the cake edge and the pan. Carefully move the knife around the entire cake to loosen the sides. Stay as close to the pan edge as possible. Now, Place a large plate over the cake pan. Hold them firmly together and flip them upside down. Shake the pan softly until the cake comes out.
Your Oreo biscuits cake is ready to serve.
